Refund policy
We want our customers to shop with confidence. Every stroller wagon purchased through Follemün is backed by our 30-day return policy, as well as a 30-day return policy on all Follemün branded and third-party products. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, return it for an exchange or full refund (minus return-shipping fees). All returned items are subject to a 0%-30% restocking fee depending on their condition when returned.
Restocking Fee

0% Restocking fee if the product is unused and still in original packaging
- 0% Restocking fee if the product is unused and unpackaged
- 20% Restocking fee if the product is used, damaged, and/or missing any parts (Accessories, batteries, cords etc.)
Please note these terms when returning an order:
1. We will refund the full purchase price of the returned items minus total shipping charges, restocking fee (if applicable), and the cost of any missing parts.
2. Refunds will only be made in the same form as the original payment within 15 days of the return receipt
3. Please use a trackable shipping method. If the shipment is lost without a tracking number, the refund will not be processed.
4. Email the tracking number and invoice number to hello@follemun.com if tracking is not submitted, there will be no refund

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Warranty
We offer a 365 day replacement warranty on all parts starting from the date you receive your item(s).
